This Privacy Policy applies to the AI-103 Exam Prep mobile application (the “Application”) for Android and iOS devices. The Application is provided by the developer (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect information that directly identifies a user, such as a name, postal address, phone number, or email address.
The Application may process the following information to provide its features:
Learning progress, quiz results, selected answers, weak-area information, app settings, and AI usage counts are stored locally on the user’s device. The Application downloads exam questions, case studies, and categories from Firebase Cloud Firestore when available, but it does not upload the user’s learning progress or quiz results to Firestore. The Service Provider does not sell personal data and does not collect precise location information.
The Application does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.
The Application uses or may use the following third-party services. These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies:
When the user invokes an AI-powered feature, the text entered by the user and the question context necessary to generate a response are sent through Firebase AI Logic to Google AI / Gemini. Users should not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into AI-powered features.
Firebase App Check uses Google Play Integrity on Android and App Attest on iOS to help confirm that requests originate from the genuine Application. These services may process device or app integrity signals; the Service Provider does not use them to identify users personally.
For in-app purchases, the Service Provider does not directly collect or store payment card information. Payment information is processed by Google or Apple, depending on the platform used.
Data stored locally in the Application remains on the user’s device until the user resets the relevant app data or uninstalls the Application. Users can remove locally stored learning data by using the Application’s reset function where available, clearing the Application’s data on Android, or uninstalling the Application.
AI prompts and related context are processed by third-party services subject to their applicable retention and privacy terms. If the user contacts the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may retain the contact information and message contents for the time reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.
To request deletion of data provided directly to the Service Provider, please use the contact information below. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Users can stop the Application from processing information by uninstalling it. Users may avoid optional AI-powered features if they do not want text or question context processed by third-party AI services.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information should contact the Service Provider.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用する、または利用する場合があります。各サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理する場合があります。
ユーザーがAI機能を利用した場合、ユーザーが入力したテキストおよび回答生成に必要な問題の文脈情報が、Firebase AI Logicを通じてGoogle AI / Geminiへ送信されます。AI機能には、個人情報、機密情報、またはセンシティブな情報を入力しないでください。

AIへの入力内容と関連する文脈情報は、適用される第三者サービスの保持条件およびプライバシー条件に従って処理されます。ユーザーがメールでサービス提供者に問い合わせた場合、問い合わせへの対応およびサポート記録の維持に合理的に必要な期間、連絡先情報および問い合わせ内容を保持する場合があります。
サービス提供者に直接提供したデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。サービス提供者は合理的な期間内に対応します。
ユーザーは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで情報の処理を停止できます。また、入力テキストや問題の文脈情報が第三者のAIサービスで処理されることを希望しない場合は、任意のAI機能を使用しないことができます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。サービス提供者は、13歳未満の子供から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集しません。
13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したことをサービス提供者が認識した場合、サービス提供者は当該情報を削除するため合理的な措置を講じます。お子様が個人情報を提供したと思われる保護者の方は、サービス提供者までご連絡ください。
サービス提供者は、本アプリで処理される情報を保護するため合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、電子的な送信または保存の方法は完全に安全であるとは限らず、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更はこのページの更新により通知します。ユーザーは、本プライバシーポリシーを定期的に確認することをお勧めします。
