This policy applies to AIF-C01 Exam Prep for Android and iOS, an independent exam-practice app provided by the developer. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. No in-app user account is required. Optional AI use requires separate age 18 confirmation and consent to data transfer.
The app stores learning progress, answers/results, practice-session state, preferences, AI usage counts and consent status locally. It reads questions and categories from Firebase Cloud Firestore when available and also uses bundled content. The app does not upload learning progress or quiz results to Firestore.
Starting the app can contact Firebase and app-attestation services independently of optional AI use. Firebase and platform services may process app/resource identifiers, IP addresses and technical usage information to deliver, operate and protect their services. App Check uses attestation information from the device and app to check integrity, according to the configured provider. Provider processing is described in Firebase privacy information, Google privacy information and, for Apple services, Apple privacy information.
Local data may be included in operating-system backups or device migration. We do not promise that uninstalling removes every backup or third-party record.
You can practise without sending AI questions. If you choose AI, the app sends the selected question, A–D choices, correct-answer text, explanation, response language, your question (up to 200 characters) and recent conversation (up to 12 messages, up to 700 characters each) through Firebase AI Logic to Google AI/Gemini to generate a response. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information. AI answers can be incorrect. The app saves the consent version locally and does not ask for a date of birth for age confirmation. Information you type in your question may be included in the AI request.
Google’s use and retention of AI input/output depend on the applicable service, billing tier and region. The Gemini API terms describe these differences, including product improvement and human review for unpaid services and limited safety-related retention for paid services. We do not promise that the provider retains no data or that every request is excluded from provider processing. The developer’s project has operational AI monitoring enabled and an enabled exclusion intended to prevent model input/output from being stored in its Cloud Logging sink. Operational metrics, traces and other service information are separate and follow the relevant Firebase monitoring policies. This exclusion does not prove deletion of past information or zero retention throughout all services.
When purchase features are enabled, Google Play or Apple processes purchases and payment details. The app uses purchase status to unlock paid content. Android’s entitlement cache stores an app/product access marker after signed purchase verification and acknowledgment; that cache does not retain raw purchase tokens or signed receipts. This is client-side verification. iOS uses StoreKit entitlements. The developer does not directly collect payment-card information through an app payment form. Actual purchase processing and store records are governed by the relevant platform’s policies.
Some local records are updated, replaced or reset during normal use. Other local data remains until removed using the relevant app/operating-system controls. Learning-data reset controls remove their stated learning data, not necessarily all settings, purchase records, backups or service logs. Avoiding AI or revoking AI consent prevents future optional AI requests; it does not delete information already processed by a provider. Provider-held information follows the applicable official service policies and deletion processes linked above, rather than a single app-wide number of days.
When you report a question, the app prepares an email containing the question ID, category, question text, your selected answer and the correct answer. You choose whether to send it. The report can also be copied to the clipboard, including when an email app is unavailable.
If you contact the developer by email, your reply address and message are used for support and kept for the period reasonably needed to respond and maintain support records. Privacy questions and requests to delete information provided directly to the developer can be sent to musa561128@gmail.com. Provider/store-held records and OS backups are subject to their own controls. We do not guarantee immediate deletion or a specific response time.
We use reasonable safeguards, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We do not direct this app to people under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided personal information directly to the developer, we will take reasonable steps to address it through the stated contact process. Policy changes will be reflected on this page.

ローカル情報はOSのバックアップや端末移行に含まれることがあります。 アンインストールによる全バックアップ・第三者記録の削除は約束しません。
AIへ質問を送信せずに演習できます。AIを選んだ場合は、対象問題、A–Dの選択肢、正答、解説、 応答言語、入力質問（最大200文字）、最近の会話（最大12メッセージ、各最大700文字）を Firebase AI Logic経由でGoogle AI/Geminiへ送信し、回答を生成します。 個人情報・機密情報・センシティブな情報を入力しないでください。AI回答には誤りがあり得ます。 同意の版番号を端末内に保存します。年齢確認のために生年月日の入力は求めません。 質問欄に入力した内容はAIへの送信に含まれる場合があります。
GoogleによるAI入出力の利用・保持は、適用されるサービス・課金区分・地域によって異なります。 Gemini APIの公式条件には、無料サービスでの改善利用・ 人による確認と、有料サービスでの安全監視目的の限定保持を含む違いが説明されています。 提供元での保持なしや、すべてのリクエストが提供元の処理対象から除外されるとは約束しません。 開発者のプロジェクトでは運用目的のAIモニタリングを有効にし、モデル入出力をCloud Loggingのログの保存先に 保存しないための除外設定も有効にしています。運用指標・追跡情報等は別の情報であり、関連する Firebaseモニタリングの説明が適用されます。 この除外は、過去の情報の削除や、全サービスでの保持ゼロを証明するものではありません。
購入機能が有効な場合はGoogle PlayまたはAppleが購入・支払情報を処理します。 アプリは購入状態を有料コンテンツの利用権の判定に利用します。Androidの利用権キャッシュは購入署名の検証と 購入の承認後にアプリ・商品に対応するマーカーを保存し、そのキャッシュへ生の購入トークンや 署名済み購入証明は保持しません。これは端末内の検証です。iOSはStoreKitの利用権を使います。 開発者はアプリ独自の支払画面でカード情報を直接収集しません。 実際の購入処理・ストア記録には各プラットフォームの条件が適用されます。
端末内情報の一部は、通常の利用に伴って更新・置換・リセットされます。 それ以外の端末内情報は、対応するアプリ・OSの管理操作で削除されるまで保持されます。 学習データのリセットは、その操作に示された学習情報を削除するもので、すべての設定・購入履歴・ バックアップ・サービスログの削除を意味しません。AIを使わない、または同意を取り消すことで将来の 任意AI送信を止められますが、提供元が既に処理した情報の削除ではありません。 提供元の情報には、上記公式条件と削除手続きが適用され、一律の日数を約束するものではありません。
問題を報告すると、問題ID、カテゴリ、問題文、選択した回答、正答を含むメール下書きを作成します。 送信するかどうかは利用者が決めます。メールアプリを利用できない場合などに、報告内容を クリップボードへコピーすることもあります。
メールで問い合わせた場合は、返信先と内容を対応に利用し、回答と問い合わせ対応記録の維持に合理的に必要な期間保持します。 プライバシーへの質問・開発者へ直接提供した情報の削除依頼はmusa561128@gmail.comへご連絡ください。 提供元・ストアの記録やOS バックアップには、それぞれの管理操作が適用されます。 即時の削除や一定期限内の回答は保証しません。
