This Privacy Policy applies to the PMP Prep mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for Android and iOS devices. The Application is provided by the developer (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect information that directly identifies a user, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
The Application may process the following information to provide and improve its features:
Learning progress, quiz results, selected answers, and app settings are primarily stored on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
The Application does not collect precise location information from the user’s device.
The Application does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.
The Application may use third-party services to provide platform features, process purchases, improve reliability, or provide AI-powered functionality. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

When the user uses AI-powered functionality, the text entered by the user and the context necessary to generate a response may be sent to Google AI / Gemini API. Users should not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into AI-powered features.
For in-app purchases, the Service Provider does not directly collect or store payment card information. Payment information is processed by Google or Apple, depending on the platform used.
Data stored locally in the Application remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, resets app data, or uninstalls the Application.
If the user contacts the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may retain the contact information and message contents for the time reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain support records.
If the user would like to request deletion of data provided directly to the Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider using the contact information below. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Users can stop the Application from collecting or processing information by uninstalling the Application. Users may also avoid using optional AI-powered features if they do not want text entered into those features to be processed by third-party AI services.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

ユーザーがAI機能を利用する場合、ユーザーが入力したテキストおよび回答生成に必要な文脈情報が Google AI / Gemini API に送信される場合があります。AI機能には、個人情報、機密情報、またはセンシティブな情報を入力しないでください。
アプリ内購入に関して、サービス提供者がお客様の支払いカード情報を直接収集または保存することはありません。支払い情報は、利用するプラットフォームに応じてGoogleまたはAppleにより処理されます。
本アプリ内にローカル保存されるデータは、ユーザーが削除、アプリデータのリセット、または本アプリのアンインストールを行うまで、ユーザーの端末内に保持されます。
ユーザーがメールでサービス提供者に問い合わせた場合、サービス提供者は、問い合わせへの対応およびサポート記録の維持に合理的に必要な期間、連絡先情報および問い合わせ内容を保持する場合があります。
サービス提供者に直接提供したデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。サービス提供者は合理的な期間内に対応します。
ユーザーは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報の収集または処理を停止できます。また、AI機能に入力したテキストが第三者のAIサービスで処理されることを希望しない場合は、任意のAI機能を使用しないことができます。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。サービス提供者は、13歳未満の子供から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集しません。
13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したことをサービス提供者が認識した場合、サービス提供者は当該情報を削除するため合理的な措置を講じます。保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、サービス提供者までご連絡ください。
サービス提供者は、本アプリで処理される情報を保護するため、合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、電子的な送信または保存の方法は完全に安全であるとは限らず、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
本プライバシーポリシーは、随時更新される場合があります。サービス提供者は、このページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、変更を通知します。ユーザーは、定期的に本プライバシーポリシーを確認することをお勧めします。
