This Privacy Policy applies to the PMP Prep mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for Android and iOS devices. The Application is provided by the developer (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect information that directly identifies a user, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
The Application may process the following information to provide and improve its features:
Learning progress, quiz results, selected answers, and app settings are primarily stored on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
The Application does not collect precise location information from the user’s device.
The Application does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.
The Application may use third-party services to provide platform features, process purchases, improve reliability, or provide AI-powered functionality. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Third-party services used by the Application may include:
Optional AI questions send your input, recent conversation and quiz context through Firebase AI Logic to Google’s Gemini service. App Check also processes app/device security verification information. Technical information and service usage metrics may be processed to operate the services and prevent abuse; account-free use does not make all provider processing anonymous. The Service Provider has excluded new AI Model detail logs from its Cloud Logging sink, but this does not delete past logs or prevent Google’s separate limited safety, security and legal retention. Avoid entering personal or confidential information. Starting with version 1.0.25, the first AI request requires an adult declaration and explicit agreement. A disclosure-version marker is stored only on the device; no age, date of birth or consent event is sent. Agreement can be revoked under About AI use to stop subsequent AI requests, not to withdraw prior requests or erase provider records. Ordinary practice and purchased features do not require AI use.
For in-app purchases, the Service Provider does not directly collect or store payment card information. Payment information is processed by Google or Apple, depending on the platform used.
Data stored locally in the Application remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, resets app data, or uninstalls the Application.
If the user contacts the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may retain the contact information and message contents for the time reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain support records.
If the user would like to request deletion of data provided directly to the Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider using the contact information below. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Users can stop the Application from collecting or processing information by uninstalling the Application. Users may also avoid using optional AI-powered features if they do not want text entered into those features to be processed by third-party AI services.
The Application is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to individuals under 18. Its store distribution is intended for an adult audience. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider. The Service Provider will take reasonable steps concerning information under its control; data processed or retained by Google or Apple remains subject to the applicable provider’s terms and procedures.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

学習進捗、クイズ結果、選択した回答、アプリ設定は、主にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。サービス提供者は、個人データを販売しません。
本アプリは、ユーザー端末の正確な位置情報を収集しません。
本アプリは、第三者広告を表示せず、広告SDKを使用しません。
本アプリは、プラットフォーム機能、購入処理、信頼性の向上、AI機能の提供のために、第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを処理する場合があります。
本アプリで利用される第三者サービスには、以下が含まれる場合があります。
任意のAI質問では、入力・直近の会話・問題文脈をFirebase AI Logic経由でGoogleのGeminiへ送信します。App Checkはアプリ/端末の安全性検証情報を処理します。サービス運用・不正防止のため技術情報や使用量指標も処理される場合があり、ログイン不要でも提供者側の全処理が匿名になるとは限りません。サービス提供者はCloud Loggingで新しいAI Model詳細ログを除外していますが、過去ログの削除やGoogle側の安全性・セキュリティ・法令対応のための限定保持を停止するものではありません。個人情報や機密情報は入力しないでください。1.0.25以降では初めてAIへ質問するとき、18歳以上の自己申告と明示同意を求めます。説明版markerのみ端末内に保存し、年齢・生年月日・同意イベントは送信しません。「AI利用について」から撤回すると、その後のAI送信を停止します。過去の送信取消や提供者記録の消去ではありません。通常演習・購入済み機能はAIなしで利用できます。
アプリ内購入に関して、サービス提供者がお客様の支払いカード情報を直接収集または保存することはありません。支払い情報は、利用するプラットフォームに応じてGoogleまたはAppleにより処理されます。
本アプリ内にローカル保存されるデータは、ユーザーが削除、アプリデータのリセット、または本アプリのアンインストールを行うまで、ユーザーの端末内に保持されます。
ユーザーがメールでサービス提供者に問い合わせた場合、サービス提供者は、問い合わせへの対応およびサポート記録の維持に合理的に必要な期間、連絡先情報および問い合わせ内容を保持する場合があります。
サービス提供者に直接提供したデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。サービス提供者は合理的な期間内に対応します。
ユーザーは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報の収集または処理を停止できます。また、AI機能に入力したテキストが第三者のAIサービスで処理されることを希望しない場合は、任意のAI機能を使用しないことができます。
本アプリは18歳以上の成人を対象としており、18歳未満の方を対象とした配信ではありません。サービス提供者は18歳未満の方から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集しません。保護者の方で、未成年者が個人情報を提供したと思われる場合はサービス提供者までご連絡ください。サービス提供者が管理する情報について合理的な措置を講じます。GoogleまたはAppleが処理・保持する情報には、それぞれの提供者の規約と手続きが適用されます。
サービス提供者は、本アプリで処理される情報を保護するため、合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、電子的な送信または保存の方法は完全に安全であるとは限らず、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。
本プライバシーポリシーは、随時更新される場合があります。サービス提供者は、このページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、変更を通知します。ユーザーは、定期的に本プライバシーポリシーを確認することをお勧めします。
